Other than that, the list of foods you are not allowed to consume will depend on your particular situation and goal. But as a general rule, you have to stay away from processed foods. Your goal for the entire program is to consume food that is fresh and if possible, organic.

It is normal to have some food cravings for the first few days, as well as fatigue and some physical symptoms. However, they go away within a day or two. I agree that processed foods are harmful to your health. My wife eats a ton of donuts and is really unhealthy. I’ll have to consider getting her on a stomach detox to purge.Reply
